A few years ago I came across a forest in which there were monumental trees, specimens that are hundreds of years old. But my attention was attracted by what these trees seemed to be telling me, almost a scream of pain. Throughout the world, deforestation is now a phenomenon that is devastating our planet, green areas are razed to the ground to fill them with concrete. The planet is rebelling and atmospheric phenomena that were previously attenuated by the conformation of the land now find no resistance, causing devastation for human beings. The trees, with their scream of pain, are warning us that we could reach a point of no return.
