Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) makes affected people believe that all of their actions and thoughts have direct, negative consequences for those around them and for themselves. This isolates these people very strongly and restricts their freedom of action.

Visual translation: The person sits alone on a high rock and there are people who are important to him on the ground beneath. However, the people are not real, just puppets that the disease has placed there, which the person cannot see from above. When trying to get up, part of the rock breaks off, falling on the people below and at the same time making the rock even smaller.
