Miyamoto Musashi, the most famous japanese swordsman (Samurai) - (1584 - 1645) of the Edo Period, the ronin teacher of the Way of The Sword. A true master besides the sword he was as always in touch with art, including; painting, sculpture, calligraphy, meditation and buddhism.
Born in a turbulent era in Japan in the Samura Gold Era, his first duel happens with 13 years old only and later with 16 years old being recognized by defeating a important and skilled warrior called "Tadashima Akiyama".
Musashi wandered around Japan in search of duels and fighters at his height and one of his most famous fights was against "Sasaki Kojiro", which was celebrated as the most important of the time.
At the end, Musashi lived as eremite with the constant practice of his style and meditation.
