A dream looper, an escape trapper.
Do you recall dreaming that you had to runaway from / run towards something but felt like never being able to?
Felt like passing through the exact same places / memories over and over again?
Felt like everything around is so statically out of time, that you could be living inside old photograms?
This is a project about those dreams.
Video-art loops randomly generated by a p5.js code, to which [4] .mp4 and [66] .jpg files are available (2 digital and 64 film photographs).
For each hash generated, only one video is chosen between: Day Time; Night Time; Day Time (reverse); Night Time (reverse)
For each hash: one, two or three photos are chosen and overlapped.

Features _

Two updates since Teleport Loopr: _
The audiotrack is now included.
Click on the video while it’s playing and press “a” to turn it on or off again. _
There are now two recording functions. None is perfectly smooth, cause they run live at the same time and canvas as the actual video being output … but now you are able to “save” the iterations.
Open the piece in a new tab and click on the video being played, then:
Press “s” to start recording and “s” again to stop and save a .mp4 file.
Press “g” to save a .gif file.
- the .mp4 file is recorded using p5.Capture, created by Tapioca24 / @tapioca_mart, so 3% of primary sales are going to tapioca.tez
