This video reimagines pieces of my past through a process of transformation and reconstruction. It began with three distinct sources: a film photo I took at 18, a wallpaper sample, and a found photo. Each image was put through an AI video generator with specific prompts to reinterpret and decontextualize the original materials. The result is a single work that blends memory, texture, and imagination.

"When I Was 18" reflects on the act of looking back—how the fragments of our lives shift and take on new meanings over time. The process of creating this piece mirrors that experience: a mix of what was, what could have been, and what exists now. It’s about exploring the ways we hold onto the past while constantly reshaping it in the present.
