The work that I have the honor to present to you is a captivating portrait with that serene expression but at the same time a deep strength, whose background is covered by a banknote and in the right corner is the iconic image of Che Guevara. This painting evokes a deep reflection on the introspection and sincerity of children, as well as on the social conditioning they face in their daily lives.

The image of the sad child is a poignant reminder of the vulnerability that we all experience at some point in our lives, especially during childhood. The banknote in the background symbolizes the pressure that society places on us to achieve wealth and material success, even the steady hand of governments and their hoaxes, often at the expense of our own happiness and emotional well-being. The presence of Che Guevara in the right corner of the work adds an additional layer of meaning and symbolism. The image of him here can be controversial and ambiguous.
