The Bosnian artist RADENKO MILAK, born 1980, studied at the University of Arts in Belgrade, Serbia. In 2014, the Kunsthalle Darmstadt held the first solo exhibition. In 2017, he developed the multidisciplinary project “University of Disaster” for his individual exhibition in the Bosnia and Herzegovina pavilion at the 57th Venice Biennale. The centerpieces, four large watercolor compositions, depicting various human-induced disasters, are part of the collection of the Museum Folkwang, Essen.
