Primitive forces dwell in the depths of the soul. They come to the surface in an explosive impulse and can temporarily alter our body and mind to the point of madness. But by learning to recognize our own primitive forces, we can embrace them and be in control.

We call them Anger, Sadness, Enjoyment, Fear, Disgust, Contempt and Surprise. Meet each of them and be aware.
