It all started with amazing work of Julien Leonard (https://twitter.com/julleor) and his blogposts explaining some of his explorations.

All these prompted me to explore the basically a circle packing process combined with pattern replication in my own directions and style. I really liked the results and here I am with a project that is able to produce a wide variety of shapes from ivy plants spreading a cross a wall to city maps.

In this project the color palettes are produced algorithmically so please forgive me when some of them are not that pretty. :)
