This is based on a technique I've used to create textured abstract art based by starting with a base design and applying millions of small mutations. Each design has a minimum of 3,000,000 mutations and as many as 10,000,000 mutations.

• Higher themes are more rare (25 max)
• Higher patterns are more rare (10 max)
• Chaos odds (medium=85%, low=10%, high=5%)
• Blend odds (medium=85%, low=10%, high=5%)
