I’ve always had a love of the moon. When I was a kid we would spend countless nights lying on our deck in North Eastern PA, watching the stars and the moon come up over the horizon.

Humans have been living by lunar cycles for centuries. The Moon represents powerful feminine energy and signifies wisdom, intuition, birth, death, reincarnation, and a spiritual connection.

Nowadays, I live my life by the moon and the 29-day cycle listening to my body, the spiritual connection, and honoring the moon's gravitational pull.
