An algorithmic reinterpretation of Nicolas Poussin’s “The Assumption of the Virgin.”

This inaugural piece in the noisemaker_ID_script series explores the tension between the stability of French classicism and the magnificent corruption of the digital flow. Using the golden ratio ($\Phi$) as a scalpel, the script dissects an original oil painting and a hand-drawn animation to extract their “nerve”: an incisive black rupture line that cuts through generative gray glazes.

Inspired by Balzac’s Frenhofer in “The Unknown Masterpiece,” Treeskulltown does not seek to represent form, but to capture the instant when the sacred structure tips into the subrealism noise.
