It was a perfect night for the Neon Witch to take a ride with her favorite broom. As she was flying through clouds, she suddenly made a brief stop at the sky over Tokyo. The city in the night was so fascinating as if it was glazed in neon color. The Neon Witch watched the scene for a while before going on her journey.
