Custom software - Vanilla JS and WebGL - 1/50
I like to break things. Never out of a destructive impulse, but simply to understand, question and rebuild with a perspective that feels clear to me. Incidentally, I thrive in chaos, and the combination of my inclination and instincts is a terrible match for computer thinking.
With this work, I want to challenge my modus operandi and practice some self-restraint to achieve a visually dynamic narrative with a simple logic. This code and the full series work with two conditions: when the position is greater than the maximum boundary and less than zero, something changes.
(p > m || p < 0)
To enjoy the dynamic interaction and emergence of this work at its best, I suggest opening the piece in a new web browser page. This can be done by opening the Properties Tab (press P) and clicking one of the two links on the Artifact section.
