At that time, my habitual way of life was a carefree swim through everyday life mixed up with partying, which often ended in the morning, and all the way to the McDonalds on Lenin Street. We only had enough money for a cheeseburger and bus fare, so we sat down somewhere nearby, had a burger and beer for breakfast, smoked bitter cigarettes and waited on autopilot for the buses to the neighborhood to start going. I wanted to capture a moment of a bygone youth, just to show the street kids the way we were, and I think I managed to do that 100%.

The project took half a year and 23 hours of pure time and I can say that I am absolutely satisfied: I took a pause to reconsider something and come back with sincere intentions. And a drawing done with sincerity is always a high point for me.
