The charming visual tale of an Utari (Devanagari: उत्तरा; IAST: Uttarā; called Utarā in Sanskrit) is the name of the youngest daughter of King Wirata and Queen Sudesna in the Mahabharata epic. A symbol of beauty and goodness that spreads light and warmth around her.
This is a portrait of my representation of Dewi Utari, who sits waiting for her beloved, Abimanyu, the last incarnation of the Pandawa Lima, the eldest son of Arjuna, to return from the battlefield. At that time, she was pregnant with her child, who was the key holder of the last descendant of the Pandawa, Parikesit. It is a symbol of the birth of a new leader in an era of darkness, and Utari is the one who delivers hope for the future of humanity.
"The avenging heroes are now being dreamed up and awaited. They are already feared by the pitiless and blessed by her and maybe by you. A moving wordless story about War, Hope, and Keeping the Light Alive."
Like a precious, fleeting foam over the sea of suffering arises all those works of art, in which a single individual lifts herself for an hour so high above her destiny that her happiness shines like a sun and appears to all who see it as something eternal and as a happiness of their own.
