Description

ABSTRACT
Charcoal-grey wandering star

GEOLOGY
The surface is scarred by several impact craters resulting from collisions with meteoroids and comets. Punctuating large areas of smooth terrain covered in moss, cliffs stretch for hundreds of miles and soar up to one mile high. To the human eye, the uneven surface appears as graphite with an emerald-green tint. Bright silver blots emerge, revealing fine particles of crushed rock and spots of metal-like material. Liquids may be found here, too, but only in regions of permanent shadow.

CLIMATE
Conditions are extreme and oscillate between hot and cold peaks. During the day, surface temperatures can reach 430 degrees Celsius before dropping to minus 180 at night, as there is no atmosphere to retain the heat.

LIFE FORMS
No living things are currently thriving due to the extreme climate. There are, however, signs of life that existed long ago, when the celestial body was protected by the atmosphere and the surface was covered in water.

SAMPLES
Silver particles, dust, argent liquids
