Rubisel Ichtaca is a Sim pre-created with Isla Paradiso, featured in The Sims 3: Island Paradise. He is the son of Adalia Ichtaca and resides in a houseboat. His biography states that he is an expert scuba diver who once saw a mermaid.

Rubisel also has a "Romantic Interest" relationship with Linda Scott at the beginning of the game. After approximately four Sim days into gameplay, Linda gives birth. After this, a look at Rubisel's family tree will reveal him to be the father of Linda's baby.

If The Sims 3: Late Night is installed, he will also be a 1-star celebrity.

The reference to the mermaid in his bio, his household name "The Prince", and his being friends with Ariel Walsh but more interested in Linda, imply that he is based on the Prince from the Little Mermaid story. In the original story, the Prince marries another leading to the mermaid's death, though how the Sim's story ends is of course up to the player.
