A "Gateway at Night" marked the beginning of my journey into the mysterious and alluring world of the night.

I couldn't help but think about the possibilities when I saw the lamp in front of the ATM. "What if this is the portal to a more perfect and peaceful universe? And I only had to step into that light?," I thought to myself.

The photograph investigates the human condition, the yearning for a different reality, and spiritual awakening. The presence of fog throughout the collection is a metaphor for the mind. Just as the mist obscures visibility, our minds can obscure our ability to see clearly.
