This is one of my older works made with Dall-e 2 back in 2023. I think about erasure here in terms of the fragmentation of faces and identities, but also how this early exploration reflected back my own struggles with trauma and selfhood. The elaborate mess, the monstrous and the adorable, all side by side, hiding the real person in plain sight.
