From some of the many strong beliefs of the ancient Egyptians is the resurrection of the body, and life after death. This beliefs is rooted in their daily observations of nature.
The sun fell into the western horizon each passing evening and was reborn the next morning from the east.
New life sprouted from grains planted in the earth, and the moon waxed and waned .
They belief that as long as order is maintained, everything was highly dependable and life could still be achieved after death provided that certain conditions are met. (The Mummification)
