I collect rocks. I have done for a long time now.

Observing these rocks is an act of contemplation, a chance to root yourself in the present moment and to allow your mind to ponder. What journey has this rock been on? Where has it come from? How has it been formed and shaped? What story is it telling?

All of these questions are relevant to each of us. It is an opportunity for reflection, on ourselves, our lives, the very nature of everything around us. This practice of mindful attention can have a profound effect on the emotions inside of us. Each and every rock is beautiful and unique, as are you. Each rock has a history full of ups and downs and pressure and is shaped by the environment in which it has found itself over time.
