Description
Memphis Group designers worked exploring shapes, colors, textures and materials. Thus, they managed to revolutionize design at a time when post-Bauhaus minimalism reigned all. Their language broke all the rules, they gave priority to the quality and sensitivity of the object instead of betting on its function. They moved away from mass production and became a design icon.
