Story： Miss Windy travels through this town again. She comes back every year from spring to winter. Old friends feel her embraces and kisses by the flow of wind. All the trees bow, the ocean waves, and the hat dances into the sky.  Little town celebrates her visit.

Behind the story： I come from a windy city called Hsinchu in Taiwan, later I relocated to a town called Hengchun which is also a very windy town. This makes me feel like I am traveling by the wind. It leads the direction, later I follow.
