he Fall of Man is a concept in Christian theology and doctrine that states that the first man and woman were initially innocent and obedient to God, but became sinful through disobedience.[1] The Fall refers to the expulsion of man from the Garden of Eden and his being sent to Earth, and has its roots in the story of Adam and Eve—the second creation myth in the Book of Genesis in the Tanakh.
