The Second MEMOROID of a series "The War Memory polaroids"

For more than 2 months, all people have been living in a new reality, this war has affected almost all human spheres of life and, more importantly, all parts of human perception. However, those people who do not directly experience this war and its horrors can only look at the frightening photographs and reports from Ukraine. In my artwork, I wanted to show how the horrors of war become part of our lives, when everyday events are tightly connected with the terrible pictures of devastated and crumpled houses, killed civilians and soldiers, fires and burials. Also important is the fact that all the photographs are heavily distorted and inhabited by some monsters and ghosts, which together reflects how a human perceives information, It’s common for him to have his own view on things and events - to interpret and remember differently. For me, this project is very personal in many ways, it does not have an objective look. Today for me the world exists in the lens of the terrible war in Ukraine, and I think it is important to keep my memories of this period.
