Each edition has a set number of colors which bounce within the frame. Each time a color hits the canvas edge the feedback pattern changes. Feedback level is also regulated by a sine wave, oscillating between many and few feedback zones. Every 1000 frames the colors stop moving for a while, letting the feedback take over and generate a fixed pattern and a moment of calmness.

Palettes can be small (2-4 colors), medium (5-8 colors) or large (9-12 colors). ~5% chance for a monochromatic color palette.
