Juusi-Akira or people called her Juu-Kira is a lovely charming Dentist from Osaka. When she was three-years-old, she witnessed her mother being murdered by a yakuza with a chainsaw. At an early age, she starts to kill and dismember animals. Her adoptive father realizes that she is a potential serial-killer. After attempts to curb Juu-Kira’s violent behavior failed, her father concludes that she’s ‘need to kill’ can not be suppressed--only focused. Making the best out of a bad situation, her father decides to train Juu-Kira as a vigilante, to solely hunt and kill other murderers (arguably making society safer). She is addicted to blood, a mortal Vampire.
