Many very different elements coming together here including what looks like a head of a fish. In art school, sometimes they teach you about how to "read" an artwork. I never really got the hang of that and I think it should be free for all how you look at art. Even if there was a proper way of how to read this piece, I couldn't tell you even if it's my own work.
