I am Lisha Ruan. I am a 28-year-old abstract artist, who lives with mental illness. I suffer from OCD and panic attacks; my panic attacks can be particularly crippling at times though I am finding ways to manage them.

Life isn't easy for anyone. That's why I wish you less pain, and the courage to get through the pain you have. You're not alone in suffering and being in pain. May we be brave together.
