A culture of cartels prevails on the diplomatic stage. Civil society is urged to join the ranks of the laboring class (referred to as "the farm"), essentially a concealed form of servitude. Individuals become entangled in pursuits devoid of purpose, alienating, mesmerizing, and stupefying, with frivolous distractions and controlled toxins designed to subdue their spirits.
