Description
A karyotype is an individual's complete set of chromosomes. The term also refers to a laboratory-produced image of a person's chromosomes isolated from an individual cell and arranged in numerical order. A karyotype may be used to look for abnormalities in chromosome number or structure.
In this work, diseases caused by sex chromosomes have been examined. In connection with these chromosomes, there are 6 states that are displayed in the box at the bottom of the screen. which consists of: XX=female XY=male XXY=Klinefelter XXX=super-female XYY= super-male XO=turners syndrome All the above diseases are due to defects in the number of sex chromosomes, which are explained separately in the article.
