Irregular checkerboards (ICB_C) consist of traditional 64 alternating squares rearranged into 16 different quartets. The white/black (or full/empty) alternation is strengthened thanks to the dimensional variance of the individual tiles: the weights and global equivalence ratios remain the same but the layout and rhythm of the tables change from the original one.
