In some areas, speed cameras are set to a limit that is just too low. In some areas, the road is just not justifying the limit imposed. So what happens is that, every other day, somebody gets a ticket because the road is so easy to drive that you forget about the very low limit.

So in the end, people protest and this shot captures one of the ways those protests happen.
