Frogmen are very private creatures, and if anyone catches a glimpse, it's not for very long. One of the first people to report this specific breed of frogmen was a police officer driving down a road. As soon as he pointed his headlights at the creature, the officer claimed that it raised a metal rod which shot sparks. At which time, his car completely shut off. Many locals suspect the frogmen are some sort of magical wizards and that the device the creature held was a wand.... Sounds like rubbish to us here at In Care of Cryptids. It's much more likely that the frog has developed some sort of electro magnetic impulse device out of tin cans and electric eels
