In ancient days, where darkness reigned,
Two cities stood, their sins ingrained.
Sodom and Gomorrah, steeped in vice,
A moral decay, a deadly device.

Lust and greed, their hearts embraced,
Morality lost, virtues erased.
In Sodom's streets, debauchery grew,
While Gomorrah's walls hid secrets anew.

But from the heavens, God's eye did see,
The wickedness and debauchery.
Divine judgment cast upon their path,
To cleanse the land of sin and wrath.

Two angels came, with warning dire,
To righteous Lot, God's chosen sire.
"Escape," they said, "before the fall,
For fiery destruction shall claim them all."
