I've been dealing with acute herniated disks since late April.

Sitting, standing, and walking long distances has become almost impossible. I've been home most of the time, and all my work is done lying down.

“Healing” is the first painting I’ve managed to finish during this time. It took a much longer time than it normally would, but I’m thrilled with it. The road is more difficult now, and the pace much slower, but the goal is much more rewarding.

Beauty lies in every aspect of life. Accept, embrace and honor the pain. For it’s what gives meaning to hope, health and happiness ^-^
