This is the Handshake NFT Song and animation by artist and creator, Alex Vela. It was inspired by just how fun it is to participate in the emerging creator economy that has sprung up around the decentralized web (dweb) and web3.

The ability to quickly turn creative art works into scarce digital assets that can be sold and auctioned is just one exciting aspect of the internet becoming decentralized and more economically free. The dweb enables storing your NFT mints; hosting decentralized frontends and backends for your websites; as well as making the web more private and censorship resistant.

The New Internet is weird again, and it was a long time coming. We all deserve to be a little goofy and enjoy what it is we've created together. We wanted this piece to be an example of the free and fun internet we grew up with - and we nailed it.
