Little Moments” is part of a new body of work that has grown out of my earlier collection, 30 Days of Chronic Pain. From that series, I selected the pieces that resonated with me most deeply and retrained them into a new style. This act of transformation—taking work born from an intimate exploration of pain and reshaping it into something more vibrant, beautiful, and dynamic—became a practice of growth in itself. Little Moments is rooted in gratitude. It reflects the shift from holding space for suffering to embracing the quiet joys and subtle transformations that shape healing. It is about acknowledging how far one has come, about honoring personal evolution, and about capturing those small, fleeting instances that remind us of resilience and beauty in the everyday. Created with AI but this style has inspired me to take out my canvas and paints.
