The g👀gly eyes project is the result of an exploration of nature, happenstance, face pareidolia, a pocket full of eyes and an appreciation of the absurd.

Face pareidolia is the false perception of faces in nature. This may have a survival benefit as our brains quickly find faces both friendly and not so friendly.

The googly eye is a black circle floating over a white disk and is often used to humorous effect.
