This piece is [two] of three original works, all minted as 1/1. They were Polaroids from a photo shoot of mine that I scanned and brought into Photoshop. There I cut the images into individual layers and animated them in After Effects. Then, I ran the output through a video synth. Then, reimported to retain the iconic Polaroid boarder. The effects were made with various fractal generators or Touchdesigner.

A note about the resolution: The photos were scanned 1:1 pixel on a flatbed, and the video synth was standard definition, thus anything over 1024 x 1024 wouldn’t result in a higher quality output.

These pieces debuted in person at the Stratosphere DAO’s NFT ART WEEK event at the Neal Digital Gallery in Beijing, China 07.30 – 08.05.2021
