Frozen Norway is my first collection and consists of 10 photos of the Aurora Borealis.

My name is Helge and I have been living in the Vesterålen region pretty much my whole life. For as long as I can remember I have been facinated by the northern lights, and I remember stories that were told when I was a kid. One of the things the grown ups told us kids was that if you waved at the Aurora it would wave back at you. You still had to be careful because it might come snatch you up.

Because of my facination I found it easy to chose the Aurora Borealis as my first collection. I have been trying to improve my skills in shooting the night sky the last 15 years and with this collection I share some of my work from the last 10 years. All the photos is captured on the Hadsel island where I live, so this is basicly my "back yard"
