The collaborative artwork questions the separation that is often made, and all too often taken for granted, between two parts of the same reality: our supposedly physical existence and our digital one. The digital is a challenge: we must choose how to represent and sometimes transform ourselves.

Frameless clarifies the possible union between dance and the digital arts, between what is perceived as tangible and what is not. However, it is the dancing body that appears on the screen, suggesting that, while digital and "physical" do indeed constitute two sides of the same reality, what is perceived as more authentic is always filtered by our gaze.
