Bats reside in the Adelaide Botanic Gardens and emerge at dusk, just as the movies begin at the Moonlight Cinemas - an outdoor cinema that operates the Adelaide Botanic Park during the warmer months. Using a tracking motion while I was laying down, I was able to capture a bat flying across the sky.

The primary holder may not make “commercial use” of the underlying works including commercial merchandise, commercial distribution, or derivative works. The artist still owns the copyright, IP rights, and reproduction rights of the underlying work.

The artist also reserves the right to re-use the whole image or elements within the image to create other artworks, and also to create a brand new NFT of this artwork that is animated.
