I am constantly trying to figure out this medium. In this pursuit, a massive amount of output is produced; most of it is never seen. All the experiments go into a folder. From time to time, I’ll return to the folder to archive, reminisce, or get a fresher outlook on older works, and there are always pieces that will stick out. These are the pieces that may have led to a revelation on a later piece, presented a new possibility, or sometimes it’s just a piece I think is significant, but could never quite put my finger on why. There are always subfolders, more than I can handle, and sometimes I can muster enough patience and focus to sort everything out.
