It is a rendering of a photograph taken during one of several trips to the Inner Harbor located in Baltimore City, Maryland (USA). The harbor was formed as the inner tidal portion of the Patapsco River which flows into the Chesapeake Bay. The historic Inner Harbor is one of America's oldest seaports dating from the 17th century. It serves as the permanent berth for the USS Constellation, a sloop-of-war and the last sail-only warship designed and built by the U.S. Navy. In addition to the museum ship, Baltimore's Inner Harbor consist of several historic ships, a waterfront promenade, historic landmarks, shops, museums, restaurants, business offices, and various entertaining attractions.
