This is a work-in-progress result from a data visualization project where I took all >500,000 scientific observations that had been made by the Hubble Space Telescope (to celebrate its 30th birthday) and grouped them by the type of observations, such as galaxies, solar system objects, and more.

Each pink dot is placed separately. I got this result after I stopped my program after several minutes of staring at a blank screen, thinking something must've gone wrong. Instead, it returned this result, where the pink dots have only been placed for the largest circles. I apparently had increased the "stippling density" by an order.
