This piece is a visual and conceptual exploration of the invisible chains many people face in their mental health. Through the representation of the human body in vibrant, fragmented tones, along with the presence of chains that seem to restrict and imprison, I seek to express the internal struggle that often remains hidden from the outside world.
The contrast between the neon colors and distorted textures symbolizes the complexity and duality of the emotions that accompany mental disorders: the feeling of being trapped, but also the energy and hope that exist in the search for liberation and well-being.
The green symbol on the back represents the connection with oneself and the need to recognize and confront these "invisible chains." This work invites reflection and empathy, promoting the importance of making conversations about mental health visible and normal, to break down stigmas and pave the way for understanding and support.
