In The Netherlands we only have 1 spot where you can find these cute little Siberian Chipmunks. It is in a city park where a lot of people come to spend some time in nature. I go there specially for these little cuties. There are a few spots in the park that are more open. This are the spots where I go because there is a little bit more light, this is important because the park can be dark with thick green foliage during the summer.

On these locations I search for some nice spots with a clean background and I put down some nuts for the Chipmunks. I make myself comfortable and wait for them to come visit me. Sometimes it can take a while, but eventually they come and that gives me the opportunity to shoot some awesome shots. I was lucky to meet this little one who was playing around and decided to climb to the top of a big dead branch and started curiously looking at me. It was so special to have eye-contact with this little beauty.
