Description
Laika was secretly abducted by tourist aliens, just moments before running out of oxygen in Sputnik 2. Since his native Russian-Canine dialect closely resembled that of the locals on Proxima D, he instantly became a celebrity there. His popularity forged a career in politics, resulting in this shy mongrel becoming the ruler of a small country on one of the northern most islands.
